The flash intro on the main page is a graphical depiction of the services we either currently or plan to provide. The subscription fee of $65.00 includes the purchase of the magazine delivered to your door only. The other items including, but not limited to, the software, columns, and communication are included with the subscription as they are implemented as perks of the membership to the website. The numbers shown do not represent any data at the time it is displayed. All numbers are used solely for the purpose to show you the functionality of the website.

Software
All Software is available for trial use before purchase. By purchasing software you agree that you have tested the program(s)/tool(s) and you are happy with the product. Once a program or tool has been purchased, you will not be refunded. By purchasing a program or tool you understand it is valid for use on one(1) computer. You can not install software on multiple computers under the same Username and will be required to re-purchase the same tool, with a new username, to install on a second computer. Software is Transferable. In the event your computer crashes, the software will install on the same computer. In an effort to prevent piracy we will not change this policy under any circumstances.

Portfolios & Message Boards
The section labeled "On the Web" is a collection of penny stock portfolios and newsletters labeled "coverage". We are not encouraging you to buy or sell any stock listed in this section. If the stock is selected by the provider it fits into their investment strategy and you should refer to the individual disclaimer on the providers homepage, of which a link is provided. Some portfolios require that you pay to view the information. All deposits into your Pennycents.com account are fully refundable until you use the funds to view a portfolio. In order to protect the integrity of those portfolios that are more expensive you will not receive a refund and must spend the entire sum of your deposit in the portfolio section.

Email Privacy
We do not sell or re-distribute mailing lists. We do not (secretly or otherwise) collect any information from any of my viewers or visitors. We do not sell, re-distribute, or disclose any credit card or product payment information from any individual or entity "who or that" might have purchased a product from pennycents.com, all transactions will be made thru 2checkout.com.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds for first time purchases of the magazine due to the editorial content exposure. Subscriptions will be fulfilled based on the length of the magazine as purchased. If a re-occuring bill has been charged you have 15 working days to contact us and request a refund. You can cancel reoccurring charges anytime by logging in, clicking "My Account" and then "Cancel Subscription" for more information.
